Since the founding of Lucky Harvest in 1978, we have made major advancement in Tool/Die making and the use of modern stamping technologies to meet the ever increasing demands and high expectations of our customers. Upon this solid foundation, Lucky Harvest is ISO TS16949-2002, ISO9001-2000 & ISO 14001-2004 certified approved TUV. Today, Lucky has two metal stamping factories, a specialized Tool/Die manufacturing factory, dust free paint/ powder coating facility and rapid prototyping shop. One stop shoping for sheet metal fabrication needs.
Lucky uses SPC to ensure output quality, FMEA/PFMEA/PPAP submissions are also completed for the benefit of our customers and contimuous improvement.
Lucky has bilingual engineers and sales staff for easy open & clear communication, be it English - Japanese or Chinese. We have also introduced the latest technology & equipment ( CAD/CAM system, CNC milling machines, Servo Electric Turret Punch Press, High Speed Presses, 800T 630T 400T 300T 250T 110T 80T 60T presses - oer 260 sets) on which we continue to build and develop.
